Return Policy:
Customers may return up to 50% of the invoice amount within one year of the invoice date.

Written permission is required. The invoice number must be provided. Return books of ten pounds or more must be shipped in #275 test cartons. Damaged books will not be accepted.
Special arrangements may be made for courses that are cancelled.

Returns made not following these instructions will result in a $25.00 restocking fee. Please include a copy of this form with your return information.
